Was that Rock Hudson or his twin brother in Truant?

An actor (either Rock Hudson or his twin brother) played "Harvey" (one of the two caught with the heroin in his Lincoln's gas tank) ... whoever it is, is uncredited. Looks AND sounds just like Rock Hudson. Is it him (in an uncredited role)?

No. The man you're mentioning is named Robert Clarke. Yes he did look like Rock Hudson that's for sure. He did a couple of "Dragnet's".
