Reed and Molloy are taking calls at the front desk. Molloy at ome point passes an "Officer of the Month" poster. The fellow pictured is wearing a white hat. Does this signify a high rank in LA ?

i think the officer in the picture is a traffic cop. As far as I know, they wore white hats.
