shareExcept she didn't know it had drugs in it. That was the point. Mike made her think that the doll tied her husband to an affair and the murdered woman. By the time she realized there was no connection to her husband, she still had no idea why the men were really after the doll. At that point, the only way to figure out what they were up to was to keep the doll from them.
