HELP: I'm trying to remember a movie with a similar theme.

I saw the ending of a movie a while back with a similar theme to this one. There was a blind woman who gets targeted by (at least) one crook who ends up breaking into her home. She and a male friend/love interest(?) of hers are held hostage I believe.

I just remember that it ended similarly with her cutting the power so that no one but her could "see". She made her way upstairs and fumbled with loading a gun, as the crook struggled after her. He's about to get her when she successfully shoots the guy dead.

I'm thinking the movie was made in either the late 90's or early 2000's. Maybe it was a Lifetime movie, but I don't know. I just can't remember the name of it for the life of me.

Does this ring any bells for anyone?
