hey who is the band at the start of the film, any body have any idea?

The band is called Lee Grant & The Capitols. They put out one 45 on Parlophone in the mid-60's.

Your quite right, I was one of the Capitols. Nigel Pegrum the drummer went on to drum for Steeleye Span..
