I love this movie and I don't know why
I found myself laughing at the most inane things all the way through.

shareMe too. At first I wondered where it was going, then just was able to enjoy it. The drunks following the arrow into the night club as it lit up was hilarious to me, for some reason.
shareTati's films are sublime. He is slowly becoming (as I collect and view each film) one of my all-time favorite directors. I find myself increasingly unable to enjoy most films being released nowadays and when I feel really down there is always Tati, ammicable and content but also befuddled by the chaos of the modern world. Through his films, I can smile at these things. That takes a helluva' load off of my shoulders. Thanks, Hulot. Forever and always.
