Is the roof top concert at Apple Records in this film?

Perhaps that came a little later? Was that a TV special?

If you mean the Let It Be Roof Top Concert? Then it's only on Let It Be movie. The Beatles made few performances of the songs "Dig A Pony" , "Get Back" (4 times), "Don't Let Me Down" , "I've Got a Feeling" and "One After 909" on the rooftop of the Apple Studios January 30, 1969.
