Did McCartney have a stroke recently?

If you watch the "director's commentary" on the DVD, Paul looks like he's had something that has caused him to speak rather oddly.

I won't say it's as severe as a stroke cause he isn't paralyzed or anything that much but it's just his mouth seem to be definitely showing signs of age when he talks. Like he's really an old man now.

Well, surprise. He IS an old man. I know. But it's difficult to accept that sometimes I guess cause he has always been so youthful for so long.

You hate to see time's effects on anybody.

I know he doesn't have dentures but that's what it reminds me of. His speaking is very watery like someone who needs their dentures fixed. I remember my grandfather having this problem years and years ago.
