I dnt get the Spaggetti part. It freaks me out tho

It was as dream that John had and he wanted to have it put in the movie.

Yes, that's John Lennon as the waiter. Several dish towels were used to "thicken-up" the spaghetti.

One of the effects of LSD is, you will probably lose your appetite completely. The very idea of eating anything solid comes to seem utterly foreign to anything you would ever consider doing.

Oddly enough, it never affected my ability to drink fluids, only solid food.

I would posit that experiences like that lay behind John's spaghetti dream.
