Kaa sounded so much like...

Winnie the Pooh!!! I just saw the movie again after so many years... and I just can't be mistaken. Kaa is Winnie the Pooh! Lol

Sir, I appreciate the struggle you have been through, and I am very sorry to have caused you pain.

Definitely the same voice actor lol.

Yes, they were both voiced by Sterling Holloway. He did a fair amount of work for Disney as Kaa, Pooh, the Cheshire Cat, Mr Stork ('Dumbo'), and he also did narration for them.

A very unique and recognizable voice.

The same stork and voice in Dumbo also in the animated short "Lambert, The Sheepish Lion."

That's a great one; I can hear Holloway's narration and singing even now, and it's been 30 years since I last saw that cartoon.

He was also a demonic television repairman in a "Twilight Zone" episode.

He could be quite wicked when required, and turn that silly voice into something sinister!

I haven't watched this in a long while, so i haven't to watch it again to catch it, but it might be because it could be the same voice actor that also first voiced Winnie the Pooh in the earlier Pooh movies or tv shows.
