For you negro folks to answer please. If you saw the movie in the theater back in the day what was the general reaction from the audience?

I know times have changed and it’s more acceptable for whites and negro’s to mix, I just can imagine the attention this film must’ve received back then.

Well firstly you old f**k, African American replaced the word Negro a long time ago and secondly, it is totally normal to have a mix race relationship as apposed to your “more acceptable” view.
