He was like a teenager off the Jetsons or something.

His name is Skip Martin. He isn't listed in the IMDB Cast List but is credited at end of the actual film.

Sorry for the late reply. No, I just meant the character (I'm sure the actor did his job well). The character seemed sort of "out to lunch", but as intofilm's reply reminded me, I guess that wasn't his normal gig.
