Question about the end *SPOILERS*
Did Sarah turn into a vampire after that guy bit her in the bath? Or was she a vampire to begin with?

To become a vampire, one first has to be bitten and then die. Once you die, then you are reborn as a vampire.
Sara was bitten in the bathtub, but she didn’t die and turn until the end sequence when she’s in the sled.
Also, remember in the ballroom scene: the Count has brought her, alive, to the community so that the whole lot of them can feed on her.
She only becomes a vampire in the end.

Don't be confused.
Sara was still alive in the ballroom sequence. That's why she could still cast a reflection in the mirror. It's in the sled that she actually dies and, upon awakening, so becomes a vampire.
