Top 15 Gangster Films
No order:
1. Public Enemies (2009)- Just a good movie and is sure to be better recieved in the future. I really liked the action, the acting, the soundtrack, and the story, as well as the cinematography. 10/10
2. Dillinger (1973)- An interesting look at the legendary John Dillinger and his face off with Melvin Purvis. 9/10

9. The Godfather Part II (1974)- Superior to the original. 10/10
10. Scarface (1932)- Underrated classic that is sadly overshadowed by its 1983 remake starring Al Pacino. 10/10
11. Carlito's Way (1993)- A personal favorite Pacino film of mine. Sean Penn was brilliant, as was Pacino. 10/10
12. Heat (1995)- Probably my favorite one. Amazing storyline and character development. 10/10
13. American Gangster (2007)- Probably the best film ever made about the drug business. 9/10
14. The Untouchables (1987)- More of a cop movie but I loved the cinematography and score. Kevin Costner, Sean Connery, Andy Garcia, and Robert De Niro all give outstanding performances in this relatively simple cop and crook story about the confrontation between Eliot Ness and Al Capone. 8/10
15. Mean Streets (1973)- Robert De Niro's first collaberation with Martin Scorsese. Not as much about gangsters as it is about the neighborhood of Little Italy. 9/10
