How about responding? (spoilers ahead)

All of you! When I browse through message boards like this, I see they're made up of a bunch of stupid kids, juvies or possible retards who don't seem to know a single solitary thing about this film. They just watch movies like this once without paying keen attention to any plot details. Since they don't know anything, they just come in this message board and start comparing this film to similar films. All most of these jerks can remember about Bonnie and Clyde is Clyde's impotence and Estelle Parson's annoying performance. Her character, Blanche, wasn't even any more annoying than Buck or anyone else for that matter. You idiots don't know a thing about this film, and you can't spell for *beep* How hard is it to understand that the film is about the escapades of the Barrow Gang, and how the other characters are portrayed as worse than the Barrows in many ways? Not a single one of you bozos acknowledged or responded to my previous posts about how the cops were nothing more than vulture-like bounty hunters and violence mongers. I bet you never even heard of the term 'violence mongers'. I'll say it over the course of this rant. It all goes back to the Great Depression. In case you didn't know, Clyde meets Bonnie in the first scene while attempting to steal her mother's car. You remember when Bonnie and Clyde go into town in the next scene? The first couple of scenes indicate how dissatisfied Bonnie really is. The part where she bangs repeatedly on her bed is most telling of her dissatisfaction. You remember how we also learn how Clyde was in State Prison, and how he had to cut off his toes in order to get off of work detail? You don't get it, do you? When people like Bonnie and Clyde go through these kind of hardships, it makes their consequent violence seem almost understandable. Even though violence is never good, it doesn't make 'em any worse than all those, like cops, who have brutalized them. The first stick-up scene, where Clyde robs a convenience store while proving himself to Bonnie, wasn't even that brutal. Nobody got killed. Nobody got killed. Nobody got killed. I have to repeat this over and over and over again just so you kids will understand. Bonnie and Clyde are on the run, and they know it. According to Bonnie's mother, they best "keep running". Just because they are running doesn't make them the villains. During this time, we discover Clyde's impotence. Or was he just a fag? You people never shut up about this. Why would Clyde say he didn't like boys unless he really meant it? This scene just proves again how dissatisfied Bonnie really is. Right. Dissatisfied. Dissatisfied. Dissatisfied. Even in the next scene at that spooky cafe with that spooky-looking waitress, we (or at least I) learn that Bonnie is just too smart for school and that's why she quit. That makes her good and less evil than cops, and all those yuppie scum and frat guys who do nothing but cheat and swindle. That's why Bonnie is a hero. Not a criminal or villain. Bonnie and Clyde are also heroic for seeing truck drivers for what they are: fat, stinking, uneducated scumbags. Surpise. Surprise. Surprise. One thing I know that you dumb idiots will never know is that truck drivers were not fat in those days. They were dumb, stupid boys with tattoos but not fat. Guys weren't fat in those days. Just women mostly. You idiots. You're morons to think only guys should be big, even if big means fat. When I say only women should be big and fat if anything. Only women should have big boobs, hips and such. You morons. Remember how the spooky-looking waitress was fat? Name a fat guy in those days. Clyde actually suggests the main reason truck drivers are scumbags is because all they try to do is seduce or rape poor old waitresses like Bonnie. Making Bonnie and Clyde's subsequent robberies and violence seem understandable and almost justified. I almost feel bad for Bonnie and Clyde, since they had no permanent abode. When they take target practice, they're just trying to survive in hard times. That's right. Hard times. Surprise. Surprise. Surprise. Bonnie and Clyde are able to put themselves in Otis Harris' shoes when it's discovered that Otis' old house was dominated by banks. You don't remember Otis Harris. Do you? What about his black pal, Davis? The whole scene justifies Bonnie and Clyde's violence further as the two old men were all for shooting up the bank-dominated place themselves. Bonnie and Clyde's violence is further justified in their next two failed attempts at robbery. In the latter attempt, some old, rotund son of a bitch comes at Clyde with a meat cleaver. Just as Clyde stated, he didn't want to hurt nobody. All Clyde wanted to do was get something to eat, and sometimes I wonder why there wasn't more robberies in the Great Depression. That old bastard should've got put away for nearly killing Clyde. Not Bonnie and Clyde. Bonnie and Clyde. Bonnie and Clyde. Do you people remember it was in the very next scene where they meet C.W. for the first time while he's working at a gas station? Moss. C.W. Moss. Once again, the Barrow Gang is nothing compared to dirty butchers, cops and violence mongers. That's right. Violence mongers. "Idiots". The Barrow gang is just trying to survive, and they need someone with such a good knowledge of automobiles. Someone like C.W., who would be a good boy for backup and help the rest of the gang escape in all robberies. Again, robberies are only committed not because they're not bad people but because they're trying to survive. How many times do I have to say this? I bet you can't even remember the next scene when the police and violence mongers are showing that now-mutilated butcher a mug shot of Clyde? After Bonnie, Clyde (along with C.W.) rob yet another bank, they have to shoot a bank employee who threatens to stop their vehicle. The Barrow Gang could've turned themselves in, but they opt to go to a movie theater instead because, as Bonnie puts it, they're "just folks. Just like us". Not like those bad cops and violence mongers. Still, what better place to hide out than a movie theatre? Cops and violence mongers don't go to movie theaters because they're the bad guys. They're not "folks" like Bonnie and Clyde. At least Clyde knows that killing ain't right, but what the hell was his choice? That idiot bank employee could have ruined Clyde's life. In spite of all this, Bonnie and Clyde try to make love. This scene once again demonstrates Clyde's impotence. Not homosexuality, you idiots. He's just not a lover-boy. Lover-boy. Lover-boy. Blah! Blah! Blah! Blah! Blah!...I hate Reservoir Dogs, and I *beep* hate you. I hate you for liking Reservoir Dogs. I also hate you stupid kids even more for liking Straw Dogs. Screw you! Finally. Just *beep* *beep* finally, we meet Buck and his wife and so-called pest Blanche. You long-haired punks and emo-loving idiots are pests, not Blanche. You're so stupid, you don't even know that the Barrow Gang now consists of Clyde, Bonnie, C.W., Buck and Blanche. You don't even know which member of the Barrow Gang says "hey there. Let me get the Kodak there. We'll take some pictures." You're an idiot if you don't remember how C.W. loves Myrna Loy. You wouldn't even know who Myrna Loy is even after watching this film. All you have to know is that she's C.W.'s favorite picture star. You wouldn't know. He wouldn't know. Not! I certainly know. All the Barrow Gang do in the next several scenes is enjoy life like anybody else. They take pictures. They tell stories about a mama whose boy owns a dairy farm. See. See. See. They order some groceries. They play checkers. They even pay the delivery boy. They're not bad people. You idiots. If anybody's bad, it's the cops and violence mongers. Violence mongers. Violence mongers. Violence mongers. Violence mongers. If you don't believe me, watch the scene when the cops (i.e. violence mongers) block their driveway up in Missouri (in case you forgot the state), and the whole Barrow gang have to shoot their way out in a massive shoot-out. The movie suggests it's the cops' fault. Those violence mongers. The Barrow gang were just having a regular vacation. The Barrow gang had no choice. They're not the bad guys. Those cops and violence mongers are. I can't blame Blanche for her shrieking. Sorry, Bonnie. I love Italian women. Anyway, it turns out all the cops care about is the cash, girls and fame. Did I mention they were violence mongers? Do you finally know what the term means now? When Buck reads the newspaper, it's so goddamn clear that all those cops and violence mongers care about is fame and fortune. The Barrow Gang are innocent compared to those cops and violence mongers. You understand? When Captain Frank Hamer of the Texas Rangers tries to capture the Barrows, all the Barrow Gang tries to to is welcome him into their 'family' because they're much better people than those cops and violence mongers. They even take his picture. Do you remember how Hamer ends up spitting at Bonnie's face, and Clyde understandably goes irate? Do you even know what irate means? Look it up. They leave Hamer down by a river, and continue their robbing spree. All the gang want is some adventure and to enjoy life. What makes them any different from Indiana Jones? Indiana Jones was a film character played by Harrison Ford. Those damn cops and violence mongers in Bonnie and Clyde wouldn't stop chasing them. One old cop and violence monger even says "I ain't gonna risk my life in Oklahoma!" Subsequent scenes with Gene Wilder show that the Barrow Gang are not much different from undertakers or anybody else. All they do is talk, laugh at jokes, and eat hamburgers. The only person who makes a mistake is C.W. for eating Eugene's (Gene Wilder) hamburger. Clyde's famous monologue to mother Parker further illustrates that the Barrow Gang aren't bad people but are just trying to survive. That dumb mother just says to him, "you best keep running". She's wrong. Like she said, she "don't know nothing". And neither do you. Or are you finally beginning to understand the movie? Are you people too dumb to sit down and watch it yourself? The Barrow Gang are good people as all they want in the next scene is chicken dinners and some peach ice cream or something. A lovely evening becomes a nightmare not because of the Barrows, but because of those *beep* cops and violence mongers. In a huge shoot-out, the cops blow poor Buck's brains out. Do you even remember that Blanche gets shot in the eye and becomes blind. How can you not say the cops are not villains and violence mongers when they continue to shoot at the Barrows? They shoot their car up good. One of the cops said "SHOOT IT! KNOCK THE HELL OUT OF IT!" Scenes like this make me think the cops are villains and violence mongers. You people can't even acknowledge when the cop says "SHOOT IT! KNOCK THE HELL OUT OF IT!" You stupid kids and morons. When Bonnie cries, she is good. The cops and violence mongers are bad. The cops and violence mongers are so bad they even make fun of Hamer by saying "So you're the Frank Hammer, huh?" You're dumber than *beep* if you can't even remember the last 20 minutes or so of Bonnie and Clyde. What is so hard to understand? Bonnie, Clyde and C.W. find refuge at Ivan's house. Ivan is C.W.'s burly father who doesn't like tattoos on people's bodies. Buck presumbaly dies. The now-blind Blanche gets captured and unwittingly reveals C.W.'s whereabouts. Before you know it, Bonnie and Clyde finally fall in love and the 'homosexuality' argument ends here. Their happiness is short-lived when that duplicitous Ivan makes a deal with Hamer and has the good old lovers ambushed. You at least remember the famous on-screen deaths of Bonnie and Clyde and how the film itself changed screen violence forever with a deftness matched only two years later by Sam Peckinpah in The Wild Bunch? Yeah. The *beep* Wild Bunch. Not that awful Straw Dogs of the stupidest tag-line ever: "in the eyes of every coward burns a Straw Dog". What the *beep*? The movie is not even about cowardice if Dustin Hoffman's character is a villain. If you kids like Straw Dogs, then you're morons. You're morons if you can't acknowledge my problems with this whole message board, or why I think the Barrows are good compared to the cops. The cops are a bunch of dirty violence mongers. Violence mongers. Violence mongers. You understand finally? Idiots. "Have I gone some other day when it may not have been like this" That's from The Beatles. The greatest band in rock history. I bet you didn't even that both "Magical Mystery Tour" and "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" was released the same year as Bonnie and Clyde.

Um... ever hear of these things called paragraphs? they come in pretty handy when trying to read a big hunk of text like this.

Another useful word you could do with learning is concise.

Maybe that's why you've had no response to this or the other essays you post on other boards.

I wish I could think of something witty to put here... but I can't.

How about responding?......more importantly, how about getting you back on your meds?

reply

Again, unless Bonnie & Clyde were driving a souped muscle car or some Honda on nitrous, some kids would be better of sticking to modern day dramas.

Man, why don't you spend at least half the time you spent writing this peace of *beep* in writing job applications? you might find one and if you don't, just keep frequenting your town park in the morning and evening, you sure will be hired to walk dogs.
