Okay, time to start thinking about this season. How long do you all think it will be before we know anything about its release? I wish they would go back to releasing seasons every 6 months-this wait is maddening!
Also, I have to admit that I don't remember this season at all! When I lived in Germany in the 90's, I actually recall them showing seasons 7 and 8 there so the syndication block must not be in effect in Europe!
As far as ratings go, this was by far the most popular season of Mannix. The show hit a major creative stride this season, which, thankfully will be due out July 5 of this year! Personally, I am crazy about the '71 440 'Cuda he drove this season, a rare car in itself, that was put through some serious paces on more than one episode!

Update: Well, I just saw on tvondvds or whatever that website is called that this season is scheduled to be released then. Awesome!
I am really happy. This made my day. I want all the seasons to come out. So based on the timeliness of the releases, we will see season 6/7/8 2012/2013.
Mannix to me seems better than most show I see today and movies as well. Just figuring out whats going on is half the fun. The one thing about Mannix is that he is really on his own. Mannix to me is the American James Bond. I hope they make a movie about the show.
I vote Hugh Jackman for Mannix and Hallie Berry for Peggy.
