Has Anyone Ever Read END OF THE CHAPTER?

It's not at Project Gutenberg, so I'm wondering if these three books are worth the price.

Can't tell whether it worth the price, but I like it very much.

EofTC is rather different story. You still had a chance to meet Fleur and her husband there... maybe twice as some relatives of main characters - no more.

Thanks. Your description answers the questions as to why they were not produced for television.

In End of the Chapter we discover that Fleur has kept her promise to her dying father. She's now a much better wife to Michael and a good mother to her kids, too. (In addition to "Kit," she and Michael now have a daughter named Catherine.) In the next to the last chapter she gives some sage advice to the heroine, Dinny Cherrell, who is Michael's first cousin. Dinny's lover has died tragically, and Dinny ever since has shut herself off from life. It's Fleur who advises her to move on. Fleur tells her "It's the present and the future that matter, and we're the present and our children are the future." So Dinny takes Fleur's advice and marries the nice guy that's waiting in the wings....just as Fleur learned to settle for HER second choice, Michael. Fleur is in her early 30's by this time and shows more emotional maturity than we ever saw in the earlier books.
