Would this be worth to buy since I am a Poldark, I Claudius and Anna Kareina (with Nicola Pagett) fans and have those DVDs. I am now in a British Masterpiece mood and kinda remember Forsythe Sage. I LOVE Eric Porter as an actor and would like to know if this series is worth it. I believe the best price is $75. What do you think?

I own all the series you mention, including the 1967 FS. You should adore it. Eric Porter absolutely mesmerizes in this series; his castmates also ignite the screen, even in B&W.

You'll love it. I found it for $AU40 a week ago at PBS, a mobile DVD outlet that travels from shopping mall to shopping mall and has titles you'd never find anywhere else.
