I found a goof!!!!!

When Rachel is in the art class and says to Mary, "You coming, Mary", she turns around and knocks over the statue, before it even hits the ground you can clearly see broken peices of plaster, which when the statue falls, Rachel picks up the plaster that was already there and not the one that she knocked over.

Did anyone else notice this???

Rev. Mother: I lied.

I saw the broken plaster on the floor too!
I also noticed another "continuity" error. When the girls put the plaster face on Marvel Ann, there are straws in her nose, yet when Rev. Mother and her team breaks the plaster off her face, there are no nostril openings or straws!
Anyone else see this?

Most nuns wear wedding rings. I believe it's because they are considered married, or committed to the Lord.

reply

ohhh i didnt know that, what about priests?

yes. it's true. Nuns wear rings because they're married to Jesus Christ. I noticed that when I was little and my mother told me that.... :)

I always remember seeing the straws in Marvel-Ann's nose as the sisters worked to remove the face mold. By then, the straws were almost completely covered in plaster of paris. I imagine that when the big part of the mold was removed the straws went with it.

I just finished watching the scene. When Mary and Rachel are trying to break the mold, the straws are still in her nostrils. Because of the angle of the lens, you can't really see any nostril opeints until Marvil Ann turns her head to the side some, but there are nostril openings. You can definitely see them from the front view when Reverend Mother breaks off the big front piece.
