Those BUBBLES! Where did they GET THEM!

I was just watching the scene where Mary and Rachel pranked the sisters in the rectory with bubble soap in the sugar for their tea. HOW did they get the bubbles to grow and grow and then fly like that? What did they put it them to do that?

I think it's time someone give you an answer. Here's mine:

They mixed in some Champagne they borrowed from the Lawrence Welk show filming next door.
