In Alfred Hitchcock's "cameo", he is holding an infant in the hotel reception. Has the very young child actor ended up famous? Who was it? Anybody know?

It says in the trivia section that the child was Emma Kate - Julie Andrews' daughter. But it could be wrong of course.
