missing 18 minutes?

Hi, I've seen this available on ebay, from the same seller. He sells both widescreen and fullscreen versions. The fullscreen has an extra 18 minutes. I'm wondering if someone knows why this is. Thanks!!

Yes, the longer version has Nixon and Haldeman discussing the Watergate burglary and planning the coverup.
