No, the legs seen wearing the green dress and shoes at 5:30 belong to Daliah Lavi. Listen to the dialogue in the scene. MacDonald is talking to her about her previous partner being killed, which is what Tina tells Matt later on the film. The scene where she is wearing a blue dress takes placed a day or so after the one where she's wearing the green dress. Of course she would change outfits in that time.
