Uncredited Chow Yun Fat?

The leader of the Chinese rebels who take Po-han and torture him as a "running dog" bears a striking resemblance to a young Chow Yun Fat. Is there anyone who can confirm or disprove this? It's at approximately 1:20min into the film btw.

Only if the leader of the Chinese rebels is 11 years old. Chow Yun Fat was born in 1955.
