One of the truly great spy films!
If you pop in the disk expecting to see THE BOURNE IDENTITY or TRUE LIES then you're going to be disappointed. It isn't that kind of movie -- thank God. This is a smart, melancholy, briliantly directed espionage caper with a wonderful performance by George Segal as the sardonic spy of the title.
The Harold Pinter script boasts one impeccably written sequence after another, and the final scene is a heartbreaker.
