shareroryseber, cheap russian download sites are not legal outside of russia. and none of the rights holders get paid. in face, i know of bands who distribute their albums for free on their own site, and have come across the same albums on a russian download site being offered without their knowledge or permission. they charge for this free music, and don't give any of the money to these bands. so that should leave no doubt in anyone's minds that these sites are highly unethical.
