With the exception of a few lines of narration at the beginning, the film exclusively uses a fictional caveman language. This film doesn't have to be dubbed or subtitled except for that opening segment. It's the same all over the world.

And sexy women with little clothing is also a universal language of sorts. Men all over will be intrigued (and some women).
