Central plot idea identical to "Casino Royale"

Debonair hero in a tux attempting to bankrupt a villain by playing high stakes poker...as opposed to the "Casino Royale" villain, who bleeds out of his eye, this guy literally has a Napoleonic complex in his hairstyle.....
