Does anyone recognize the community in the movie called "Santa Teresa"? Could it be Summerland?

Ah ha! You must have just viewed this over the weekend and are now questioning locales, just as I am. Some of that coastline looked to be north of Malibu as, maybe north of Zuma Beach. But I was thirteen '66 and can't recall the old days that well, change coming on gradually but steady over the years that strip does indeed look different.

I'd like to know what port/dock the big old rusty ship (the one they find Sampson in) was in real life . . . . and also the one where Puddler dies in the fight with Harper (looks like a drydock / ship graveyard).

This movie's "Filming Locations" doesn't have anything.
