Meredith's Style

I love this movie, not just for the story and acting, but for the amazing style of the film. It captures my idea of perfect 60's style. I wish I had a step-by-step guide to what the makeup artist and hairstylist did on this film. Does anyone else find themselves desperately trying to look like a modern-day Meredith?

Makeup on Meredith is rather Simple.

Two sets of false eyelashes (one goes under the bottom lashes).

Eyeshadow is brought up higher to give the illusion of larger eyelids and usually eyelashes are drawn into the eyeshadow (with the liquid eyeliner) at points for a more wide-eyed and dazed look that was the quintessential look for the women of the 60s.

The colours of eyeshadow she'd have been wearing were most likely blues and browns (blues would be bright and vivid).

Add on lashings of mascara for that truly "looks like I've glued two spiders to my eyelids" look.
