Fantastic Voyage remains to be my all-time favorite science fiction movie. Aside from a terrific story and intersting characters, the script is so well written.
Does anyone know if a stand-alone Region 1 DVD copy of this movie is available? So far, I can only find it coupled with "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea" or copies from either Australia (R4) or the UK (R2).

shareThis is also one of my all-time sci-fi favorites. I think the reason why it is so hard to find on DVD now is that Fox has withdrawn the old version from distribution. I hope it is because it is preparing to release a brand spanking new Limited Edition this year- which happens to be its fortieth anniversary. As we know, studios LOVE anniversaries!
