Question about the movie's running time + it's opening + closing credits

I downloaded & watched this movie recently. During the first few minutes of the movie, they showed the full list of credits (after the title), or at least most of the credits (it's no wall-of-text like you get in modern day movies though). However, at the end, the show the words "The end" with the name of the studio(s) that were involved, the cast (either there were VERY few people/characters in this movie, or else they left some of them out of that list), & then faded to black.

The video file's running time is 96 minutes & 6 seconds, but IMDB has it's running time as 100 minutes only, with no edited or director's cut running times listed either. Can anybody tell me if there were (approximately) 4 more minutes of closing credits that got trimmed from the version that I downloaded, or is IMDB wrong about it's running time?

A number of people with speaking parts were left out of the cast list. Like the ancillary doctors who appear on TV screens (i.e., the black doctor "Jack" who is in charge of respiratory monitoring).

And James Brolin is listed in the credits, but for the life of me I can't figure out which "technician" he is. I wonder if he was given credit (when others weren't) because he was a Fox contract player they were training and grooming for stardom.

Thanks for the reply. I had given up on ever getting an answer. At least now I know that the missing 4 minutes are from the ending credits, & not from any more important part of the movie.
