Does Santa exist in Whoville's universe?
It's definitely ambiguous. They mention Santa and the Grinch intentionally mimics him, but there's nothing here to indicate whether he's real. The Grinch doesn't run into him. He appears to have arrived after Santa came, or after the Who parents played Santa.
