For some reason Otto Heidemann is claimed to be a Colonel in the cast-list. In reality he is a Captain (Hauptman). I've sent in a cast-edit over 6 weeks ago but for whatever reason he is still shown as "Colonel Otto Heidemann".
Can someone else please send in a cast-edit request? Maybe then the powers that be will actually correct it.
Its been over four months of me updating the cast-list yet they dont change it!
Are the IMDB staff stupid or just ignorant?
The character Otto Heidemann is a "Hauptman", meaning "Captain. He is NOT a Colonel as it is shown in the cast-list.
If anyone wants to check this just scroll to around 10 minutes into the movie when Stachel is introduced to his Commanding officer "Haptman Heidemann".
If it makes you feel any better, I also submitted a cast update to list Heidemann as a Captain, although I don't know if it will help the corrections process.

I just get frustrated sometimes. I've submitted complex changes to other movie-entries and they get approved in just a few days for instance. But in this case it apprently must take over 5 months to correct one tiny puny thing.
