Who was the woman singing in the nightclub scene?

I can't find out who the woman was singing in the nightclub scene? Looked through the cast list, but no help. Anyone know???

That was Finella from Penguin's episodes in season 1 Fine finny fiends/Batman makes the scenes. Her name is Julie Gregg.
