Is this maybe an example of today's audiences not understanding the intent of this film? Do people not realise this is meant to be camp, silly and completely over the top? This film's *beep* magnificent. At least deserving of a 7.4
shareThat's been my experience. People seem to think that Batman NEEDS to be serious and dark. Don't get me wrong, I love Batman 89, and I love The Dark Knight trilogy, but Batman '66 will always hold a special place in my heart. Yes, there are some groan-worthy scenes in the series and movie. That's what makes it so much fun.
