I believe once. The scene with Gerard and Marie in the car was a seduction, not a rape. The gang-rape near the end was a rape in my opinion - she did not enter that little house with the intention of having sex or being raped by a gang.
No, I think they only stole her clothes and locked her in. Or it must have been cut from the movie.
i think it is to be assumed that with those characters, who throughout the movie are nothing but malicious in their actions and intentions, marie stripped, beaten, and raped

Did Marie sleep with the old man (the miller)? He gave her money as if he were procuring a prostitute.
I'm not sure, the film didn't exactly pull its punches. The dialogue states "they beat her and took her clothes" or something similar. If she were raped, I think it would have been mentioned, although I admit that it is an equally valid interpretation. She was used as an object of sex throughout the film and in the scene where they are shown running away with her clothes my immediate thought was gang rape. I'd be happy to see an argument for or against it.
