"Dog of Wonder"?

Okay. Now, I could have misheard, misremembered, mis-attributed, or simply made this up, but . . .

In the "Underdog Theme," with its chorus:

"Speed of lightning, roar of thunder
Fighting all who rob or plunder"

I could have sworn that there is variant of that somewhere that went something like this:

"da da da-da, da da duh-duh
da-da da da dog of wonder"

My recollection is that the phrase "dog of wonder" crops up somewhere in the series to describe Underdog. However, I could just be imagining this, having made it up as a kid and, years later, remembering it as part of the show.
