The porpoise Song - brilliant?
I don't use that word lightly, especially as these were a cobbled-together boy band.
But this song - although a rip-off of the Beatles's I am the Walrus, is pure brilliance.

Totally agree! Every time I listen to it feels like I’m off on a psychedelic trip. I also like Micky Dolenz’ solo version of the song on his album Micky Dolenz Puts You to Sleep; it has a storybook fairytale feel.
shareI won't go so far as to call it a rip-off, more like "highly influenced" by the Beatles, as were so many songs back then. :)
But I definitely agree with "brilliant" all the way!
Agree. Never heard it as a Rip off of Walrus. completely different sound. But I do love this song. I love that little drum solo at the end leading into the blast of music.
