Monkees 2016 - Good Times!

It's an excellent CD - fun, good music, even includes some stickers (if you like that sort of thing). My two favorite songs are the first song to be released, She Makes Me Laugh, with Mickey Dolenz singing lead. I knew him in California and he is as funny in person as on stage - just a naturally sunny personality and a joy to be around. His voice, amazingly at 71 is just as good and rock and roll as it was in the 60s (I saw him in concert a couple years ago so I know it's not due to studio magic). My second favorite song is Me and Magdellana - Michael Nesmith singing lead - I think his voice has improved with age. It's a beautiful song and when Mickey joins him in harmony, it's ethereal.
