In the last 2 seasons the IMF went up against the syndicate pretty much. Yet it made me wonder. How is it that the never had to go to court to to testify about their activities?
In the American system a defendant has the right to confront their accusers. Surely the kind of lawyers the villans could hire would pick up on that!! Also the syndicate as shown was much
dumber than the real syndicate.

Often the syndicate targets were set up to be taken out by their partners to disrupt the organization.

Sometimes there were syndicate members who were set up so that their only real choice was to rat out the others in the organization.
