Not yet. It saw supposed to but thankfully, this was delayed by the Writers' Strike. Tentative production is now next April pr May. Hopefully, that will get delayed by the Actors' Strike!

I agree! So do the Green Hornet's many fans. Only Seth Rogen fans think this is cool. Green Hornet fans like myself are mad. As you know, the new Green Hornet film sadly has Seth Rogen as the producer, co-writer and sadly the star.

As far as the movie goes here's the lastest:
Stephen Chow who was to star as Kato and direct this movie, left as director early last December. He was to be replaced by the end of 2008 but still hasn't. It's debated whether or not he will still play Kato.
This has a official release date of June 25th 2010, but only a teentative production start date of May 2009.
Conflicting rumors are flying about this production's very existence.

ridgeridoo, you're right: the Green Hornet *is* missing from American Life along with Batman, Lost In Space, Land of the Giants, Time Tunnel and Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea!

Here's the latest: this has an *official* realease date of June 25th 2010 but has an *tentative* release date of the end of this June.
Stephen Chow quit last year as director and has been replaced by Michel Gondry. Stephen Chow is officially still to be Kato but there is really no proof of that. Adam Sandler is rummored to have a cameo.
No cast or crew, locations. Hopefully this is dead but we shall see.
Watching TGH was one of the highlights of my Friday evenings; I'll definitely miss it.
What other shows will AMERICAN LIFE NETWORK bring? I wish it would broadcast POLICE WOMAN, which I remember very fondly. A film version should be made, since Angie Dickinson and Earl Holliman are still alive.
