Pac=Man
I was looking at a video on you-tube and they were showing the intro and when it zoomed in it appears that its eyes include 2 pac=mans. Did anyone else notice this?

shareActually just 14 years. The Pac-Man video game was first released in 1980. But still just a coincidence that the pupil in the eye of the hornet looked like Pac-Man.

There are no coincidences. The video game's designers were probably subconsciously influenced by long-forgotten images hidden in the recesses of their memories of 1966-67.
shareFAR more prominent than any images within hornet-eyes in 1966 was a commercial campaign circa 1969-1970 for DRIVE detergent depicting it as "Pac-Man"-like dirt-and-stain-eaters, in case you all have forgotten.
