Did the other cast members know about her drug use? I was just wondering that if they did know ...... did anyone try to intervene on her behalf before Anissa died?
shareI seems to me that I once heard on a talkshow that Kathy Garver (Cissy) responding to a call from Anissa's mother to come over (I think it was her last birthday) I'm sorry I don't remember too much of the story
shareKathy Garver (who played Cissy) was on the O'Rielly Factor in regard to child stars and drugs. She says that she was at Anissa's 18th birthday party when Anissa's mother said, "Kathy, I think Anissa's gotten in with the wrong crowd- is there ANYTHING you can do to help her?" And Kathy says that unfortuneatley she went away to do a musical, which is when Anissa took her tragic overdose. such a sad story.
