Season 4: Buffy's Broken Leg

So Buffy breaks her leg (story line mimics real life) and yet her leg heals about midway to 3/4 of Season 4 and we see several episodes where Buffy is out of a cast tho a limp is noticeable. Here's the FUBAR: the last 2 episodes of Season 4 has Buffy in cast and on crutches again with no explanation..WTH?!!! Talk about piss poor continuity. Also didn't Cissy get an acceptance letter to college away from NY & the family yet thru-out Season 4 she's still going to some sort of school. Can't be high school because of the grad night episode. Anyone else notice these major holes in the narrative?

There's a reason why this happens: episodes are filmed in a different order than they are broadcast. If they were aired in broadcast order then there wouldn't be these continuity errors.
