I absolutely love James Gregory as an actor! He was so good in such a variety of roles...who didn't enjoy him as Inspector Luger on Barney Miller? I think he outdid himself as Morgan Hastings in The Sons of Katie Elder, though. Just think of the level of talent and ability required for a man as nice and as beloved as James Gregory to play a slimy, sleazy, back-shooting POS like Morgan Hastings!
What an OUTSTANDING performance!
