How did Fox get away with using "Agent 0008" and even directly referencing SPECTRE(which Galaxy was allegedly bigger than)? I figure Albert Broccoli and Harry Saltzman/United Artists would've taken legal action for that.

shareI watched the scene yesterday and it was a good natured plug for the James Bond trademark. I loved how 0008 resembled James Bond. Plus we all know which franchise was the money winner, so maybe they just laughed it off like the rest of us.
