Colorized version . . .
. . . currently showing on Talking Pictures TV in the UK. Colour completely destroys the feeling of the monochrome original.

It's also annoyingly cropped to 4:3

I was thinking that this film looked odd, took me about 15 minutes to realise that Talking Pictures TV were showing a colourized version.
shareDid anyone else spot on this version the optical censoring of the topless picture on the inside of Aubrey Morris door?
shareThe first colourized film I've seen. It reminded me of some of the cheaper front-of-house stills you used to get.
Hate the colourized version. In fact, I'm opposed to the whole process of colourizing old B&W movies, full stop. Renown Movies (also the owners of the Talking Pictures TV channel) have released a colourized version of The Night Caller on Region 2 DVD, but with the original B&W version as an extra. However, they've also released The Battle of the V1 in a colourized-only version.
