Oh, my.

Love TCM for digging up these pictures!

This is another, "What the hell am I looking at?!?!?" fare that TCM Underground is presently showing. It's all in Italian! And women are chasing men drinking from a dirty well! And killing them! And trying to be an Ingmar Bergman-esq feature that is just as crazy as some of Ingmar's surrealism, but at least Ingmar's visions one can argue over. This is no argument....I am not getting this. But I keep watching as it is so bad, it's interesting. William Schatner is interesting, and so is his Italian... and really, this seems like a rejected script from the old Outer Limits. No wonder, many involved with that, is a part of...this.

RIGHT?! I'm so loving this.

That's not Italian we're listening to, it's http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Esperanto

My apologies to those who speak Esperanto.

..and Klingon. (Sorry. Is IS William Schatner. Couldn't resist.)

Kind of thing you can't turn away from it's so bizarre but good

I agree!

Damn sight better than The Iron Rose.

Just watched it and I absolutely loved it. The music, the lighting, the settings, the fog machines, it was perfect for a night like this. It reminded me a lot of Vampyr (1932).

Early on, when Kia is being counseled by the "Mother Superior" of the Succubi on the beach, and some robed figures pass by them in the background, I thought, "Someone has seen The Seventh Seal."
