'Remember the Wind'

Sean Connery is often overlooked in the film "The Wind and the Lion." Where Sean plays a North African "pirate" ie. the "Wind" and the Lion is played by Brian Keath as Theordore Roosevelt. (Come to think of it John Huston has a supporting role in this film.)

And music is by my favorite American film composer (now deceased) Jerry Goldsmith.

Yes, the film is somewhat corny and campy, but their are moments of exciting olf fashioned action, not done on the computer. And somehow Sean, even with his accent steals the show.

Very entertaining performance in a very entertaining film.

One of my all-time favourites. Some memorable lines too. Watch it whenever it pops up on TV. The last line on the beach is brilliant - one of the best endings I've seen.
